Terms for using RemoteITSupport.online and requesting remote IT support, consulting, troubleshooting, and technical services.

Services
RemoteITSupport provides remote IT support, troubleshooting, configuration, consulting, cybersecurity guidance, email/DNS support, hosting support, server support, and related technical services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, authorized access, necessary approvals, and backups where applicable. Clients must have permission to request support for involved systems, domains, accounts, or devices.
Remote Access
Remote access is performed only with approval. Clients may monitor or end the session at any time. Temporary credentials are recommended when possible.
Payments and Invoices
Payments may be requested through Payoneer, bank transfer, Upwork Direct Contract, or other approved methods. Work may require advance payment, milestone payment, or full payment depending on scope.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We make reasonable professional efforts to resolve issues. Results may depend on third-party platforms, hardware condition, DNS propagation, account permissions, software limitations, or provider restrictions.
Backups and Data
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups before work begins, especially for websites, servers, databases, email migrations, and business-critical systems.
Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and can support NDA-friendly work when required.
Limitation of Liability
RemoteITSupport is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, lost revenue, or third-party service failures.
